Hi, I'm Libby Child.
My purpose is to help people develop and celebrate their own inner strengths.
A Level 3 qualified Pilates instructor, a business school qualified executive coach, a keen rider, skier, cyclist and walker, I have had a lifetime of active weight, diet and body management, alongside a full-on corporate career in advertising and management consulting. And a family life with husband, 2 daughters, and dogs.
Additionally I am a qualified Nordic Walking instructor, a Resilience Coach and have studied Tai Chi, Exercise as Therapy, Postural Analysis and Systemic Team Coaching.
I bring these complementary skills together ​to create enjoyable, motivating and empathetic programmes.
