Blending the principles of Tai Chi, Chi Quong, Mindfulness and some elements of Pilates, I have created 45 minute ‘Moving Meditation & Stretch’ group sessions, designed to gently move and stretch the body, whilst allowing the mind time and space to reflect.
The sessions are positive de-stressors with simple flowing movements, which anyone can follow straight away.
No complicated patterns or moves.
By harnessing our inner energy and generating uplifting thoughts, the reflective sessions aim to create positive moments of calm within daily life.
